Frustrating Feedback and Potentially *****ulent Activity Going On

The past two to three months have brought my life to a standstill due to the very manipulative and potentially *****ulent treatment i have been receiving from ABSA. I have been trying to settle my damaged car that was financed by ABSA and they informed me they found a highest bidder on 8 June 2024 and this bidder was allowed to pick up the car. and to this day, 03 August 2024, the bidder, despite having picked up the car, has not paid and meanwhile, i am being charged interest and monthly installments for an account that i could have settled two months ago. this is really frustrating and all responses to my complaints tell me about a business relationship with a buyer which has not put my life at a stop because i have even no means to get any other credit until i close this matter

To make matters worse, i get to be called by the same buyer against the spirit of the POPI Act and here i strongly belive that an instituion as big as ABSA has essencially exposed me to the risk of threats (subtle or overt)
