Frustrating experience trying to download ABSA Home loan statements for tax purposes
I have been trying unsuccessfully for the past 30 min to get copies of my homeloan statements for tax purposes. I consider myself a fairly savvy tech-user but between trying online and using the phone to try speak with anyone it has lead me round in circles...a truly frustrating experience. I can only imagine the frustration of elderly and not-so-clued-up people.

17 Nov 2020, 12:16Eventually (after another couple of attempts to navigate through the self-help menu on the phone) I managed to speak with a consultant who was very helpful, and he sent me the required documents.
