Frustrating customer experience
I am getting calls from an Unknown number on my cellphone at work. I do not answer unknown calls. Then i get calls to my workplace asking for me. After they get through, it is a Absa sales person, trying to sell add on to my vehicle finance. I still have unresolved issues with my vehicle finance. Absa why frustrate me calling to sell stuff, when you cant sort out something that really is an issue.
