Frustrated with ABSA HOME LOAN DEPARTMENT

I am so frustrated with ABSA home loans. I app**** for an advance almost three months ago, when it was supposed to take 7 days. They keep changing goalposts. Everytime they ask for one document I submit and wait for the loan to be processed. And they come back wanting something else. I provide that and they wait and ask for something else. Even the reason I wanted the loan for has worsened as they keep dancing around. The last straw after signing the contract and chose an ABSA savings account for the funds to the paid in, I was told they have use a different account from which the repayments will come. It didn't make sense, but I obliged and sent them the proof of account and waited for the finds to be transferred. A day later I was some manager tried to call me when I attending to my mom who is in hospital. It's almost THREE MONTHS and it's a mortgage advance. 🙆♀️🙆♀️🙆♀️
