Frustrated with ABSA 😣😣

I am extremely frustrated with ABSA. I've been on hold for the past three hours as they promised to reverse the duplicate debit orders, but I haven't received any response yet. All they seem to do is send empty promises through email. I made an inquiry last Monday, and Basani Hlongwane assured me it would be handled, but it was just a hollow promise.
