Frustrated with absa bank service

I am so frustrated with absa bank, worse I have been banking with them for over 10 years now. I had an application for debt review which I had since cancelled. Firstly national debt advisors never mentioned that my bank will stop my cheque account while I am under debt review as I have an overdraft on it. When I realized after I could not use my cheque account as the application was done by national debt council, I contacted absa and they told me that my cheque account has been stopped, mind you it is the only bank account I have and all my money is there. Then I cancelled the application with national debt council, then I asked the bank to assist me get money on my account as I needed money to survive. I was told that they I need to ask them to transfer money from my cheque to my saving account, when I asked for that I was told about a system error which was on the 7th of October 2020. Then when I called again on the 12th of October I was told that they cannot assist me with transferring any of the money on my cheque account to the savings account until they receive a cancelation document which the 17.W document from national debt advisors. I have been sitting without access to money in my account since then, worse of all on the 23rd of October 2020 I got paid at work still I cannot access that money, I have family and kids to feed who are dependent on me, including debit order with other creditors which are also at risk of giving me interest as they might not be able to debit this month. I have sent a query email yesterday on the 27th of October 2020 and no 1 from the bank has contacted me, which shows that they do not value me as their customer. I am also pushing national debt advisors to send absa the document they need in order for them to open my cheque account and they are also dragging the process to an extent that I have also reported them to this platform.

All I needed absa to do was that they transfer my money to my savings account so that I can have access to it, I was shocked that they said they cannot assist me with that until they receive a cancelation document from national debt advisors. It is a very frustrating situation they have put me in, hence I decided to report the matter, hopefully I can get assistance.
