Frustrated by the zero service and care from Absa consultants

I have never been so frustrated with banks as I've been today. 1st I explained everything to the general query consultant Bochelo who said she'll transfer me to the supervisor only to be put back on the queue again and waited 30 minutes to get in line with another general query consultant who didn't even bother to recognize my frustration until my airtime was depleted. Called again advising that my debit orders have bounced due to an incorrect fee charged to my account and I had to wait yet another 20 minutes to get assistance and still waiting 30 minutes later. I regret not closing this account.
