Frustrated by the maponya mall Absa branch

The service I got from Absa maponya branch was not satisfactory, I was sent more than 5 sms to go and fetch my bank card which I ordered in July, but when i went to the branch to fetch it, it was not there, I went to the branch three times after receiving the sms but i did not get my card. My advice to them is before they send clients sms they must double check everything and confirm.
