frustrated

i am really dissatisfied with the service i received so far with my limit increase , they request for me to send additional docs , once received they still do not use the docuements , i called again yesterday and i am told to resend the same documents they have on the system . Can someone please look at my case and assist im tired of calling and holding for 30 minutes with someone who clearly desnt know what they doing . soo frustrated by the service im receiving from Absa
