Frustrated

Good day.

Yesterday i went to the bank to make some payment. I've noticed that there's an amount debited on my account of 6133.21. I then got a statement and saw that it was RCCS BOS. Its was a journal debit. The debit was towards my credit card that I have with ABSA.

I do have arrangement with the credit card collection department. I pay the arrange amount every month. That I can afford.

This is not the first time that they've done this and I've never authorize this.

When I phone them yesterday they asked me if I have an arrangement with them and I said yes. They will put in a request and wait for the people to respond to see if I do have an arrangement.

I find this really weird cause I've had this arrangement now for more than a year and never did they deduct money from my account unauthorized. If I didn't have one why didn't they deduct money every month while now all of a sudden again .

This is not fair and I already phoned in and send them emails.

I have no money and need to pay my bills but they don't care cause I just have to wait for them now.

I need this sorted out by tomorrow. I need to get the money refunded cause they can't do a reversal.
