I was so disappointed with Absa last week on Tuesday I was kiddneped at Mtata they took my cell phone n fost me for the cellphone banking pin immediately my husband called Absa ***** unit to block my account then I visited the branch to unblock my account on the 2 of July 2020 only to find that Absa didn't block my App n cell phone banking they just block the bank card only so the ********* did transfers using my App n cell phone banking they took all the that was in my account (R20000). I reported the matter to ***** investigation unit and they told me to wait for six weeks for investigation. I'm unable to pay my rent, the insurances, school fees for my kids and i could not even buy my groceries. Can you please help me.
