Frozen account

Dear hello Peter it seems like complaining it's not helping,Rezona Louw sent an email telling my husband that he will get feedback on Friday and he didn't,and what makes me mad it's the second time telling him he will get feedback but the dont,they only respond because they saw the review here other that they are not helping my husband at all,i don't know if its excuses and they just making my husband a fool you can't tell someone twice that you will help them but you don't deliver.That account has been frozen for over five years the charge administration fee every month but they can't help him.They have been telling him lies that they will help but they don't,such a very very bad experience.
