From bad to GREAT

I received a message from my bank regarding FICA, I went to the kagiso branch and spoke to Tshepo who promised to call me within 48 hours because there was a hold on my account, two weeks went by with no calls. I then went to the Southgate branch and spoke to nthabi who said she will also call me within 48 hours However she called me within 24 hours and my account is working fine now, thank you so much nthabi for your excellent service... Absa you need to keep this lady!!!!
