We are pensioners and have been ********** by ABSA bank for the last 3 years! We have tried to cancel this card till it expired, but the card fee is still being deducted from our bank account. We have phoned the customer care number, we have visited the branch in Bredasdorp twice but no one has helped nor are they interested in helping. To date the bank has taken over R2,500 of our money.Please help.

28 Aug 2023, 16:06This matter has not been resolved. ABSA has systematically taken R70 off my account for more than 3 years. Cancelling my card, at my request, over 3- years later is insufficient .I would like to be re imbursed for the R2,500 *****ulently taken from me
