Friendly, Helpful and Knowledgeable.

I collected my Card on Saturday and stood in queue for more than two hours only to find when i needed to use it it declined everywhere.<br> <br> went back on the Monday stood in line for 30 or so minutes only to be told i need to speak with a consultant, proceeded to wait in line again for another 30 or so minutes and was pretty annoyed by the time i met Sibongile,<br> <br> She took ownership of the problem, proceeded to do what she needed to to help me keeping me informed every step of the way. She was friendly, did not ask redundant questions and she was dedicated to resolving my problem making me feel like after it all having dealt with her that i did not make a mistake.<br> <br> I am very happy with my interactions with her and have taken her card and will try to always deal with her. She is that 1 person at Absa i would not mind waiting in queue for.<br> <br> Thank you Sibongile, you are a gem.
