Friendly and helpful assistance
So tonight I had problems with logging into my Absa app. I called the customer care, and was assisted by an agent Curnon Barnes. He was so helpful and friendly over the phone and took me through the all the steps as to what I should do. I just want to thank him and the Absa team, for the assistance. I’m proud to be a customer of Absa
