********** withdraws activities on my ABSA account

Hello Peter I have a problem with ABSA bank, on the 22nd of December 2021 there was lot of ********** activity that happened on my bank account. There was withdrawals that that I did not authorize and surprisingly enough I did not receive any messages when those transactions were taking place. The number that contacted me is *** or *** and said they are working with absa saying that they want to alert me of the activity of which they were the ones busy de*****ing my account. I'am not satisfied with absa service because since i reported and sent the avidavit to ABSA ***** on the 28th of December 2021, it is a month now and they are still sending me from pillar to post. The total amount of money that was taken from my account I recall it was about R3200.00 and ABSA is delaying to pay my money back. Can someone from ABSA intervene on this matter because i'am even thinking of leaving the bank,i also think that this is an inside job because only my bank account was affected and the card is always in my possession.
