********** transactions on Credit Card

3 Transactions from abroad has been debited to my Credit Card which I didn't order. I have been mailing Absa (3 different email addresses now), and at first I was pleased when they reversed the transactions. After a while, they reversed the 3 transactions again. I have mailed and sent them declarations, but to no avail. My credit card is now in debit and although I am a Absa client since it was Trust Bank, my bank does nothing to resolve this. I wasn't even at home when the transaction took place (laptop locked away, alarm on in the house), and doesn't even know what "goods I have ordered". I never received anything, although I received a suspicious notification from "a Postoffice" (no name) that goods is to be delivered from Virgin Islands - that after the first transaction took place on 19 July 2017, 2nd on 5/8/2017 and the third on 18/8/2017. I have asked Absa to give me proof of ordering and delivering the "goods". Is this not against my Human Rights to complain about looking out for me and not for the ***** taking place in my name? They don't even have my postal address - my home address with my name and contact nr is on the website as I run a small business from home. I have never ordered anything which I couldn't pay for. I am so frustrated and thinking of moving my bank to a bank who wants to give SERVICE!
