********** transactions

********** debit orders have been trying to go off my Cheque account for the past 2 months. I went and reported the case at absa Tygervalley branch and asked that my account be frozen while they investigate. I have not heard from absa for over a month instead I have incurred bank changers of R500 for bouncing ********** debit orders and am expected to pay these.

I an extreamely disatisfied. I had a similar incident in my absa credit card, which was resolved in reasonable time.

My information is not safe at absa and will never do business with them or even advise anyone to do business with absa

Nazeefa is the agent I dealt with at the branch and has not contacted me ever since to give feedback.

instead today I received another SMS notifying me to fund the account so the ********** debit order can go off again.
