********** Transaction not Reversed

I purchased a ring for my wife (cost R14995) from Browns in Sandton Square last year on 26 November 2021. The amount came out of my ABSA credit card account the very same day.

On Monday 1 August 2022 (almost a year later) this same transaction was debited from my credit card account again.

I have contacted ABSA ***** on Tuesday 2 August making them aware of the *****. I called them twice in order to let them know that the amounts were taken out twice. I provided screenshots via email.

I even called the store and they confirmed that there was only a single amount taken by them last year when I purchased the ring so this is obviously some type of *****.

I have still not received my money back (almost R15k **********ly taken).
