I am currently paying for a loan I supposedly took out along with my Sons student loan. I was supposed to be finished with my eldest daughters study loan in January 2022 as she finished in 2019, I saw the R2619.82 installment going out of my bank in February and when I went into the branch with the contract I was told I had taken another loan for her and my son which would’ve been impossible as she had completed her studies and didn’t have the required documents to process that as with all the other student loans. I asked for clarity and explanation as how this was even possible and I was told by the manager that they would investigate. They came back to me after I’d been going after them for some time regarding feedback and said I had signed for the loan. I don’t know how I would sign for a loan I don’t need more so with no supporting documents for the process of applying for the loan so I’m still puzzled as to how the loan was approved and how they have a different contract to what I was given. I need assistance as this R2619.82 is still going out of my account to date and it’s devastating to go through that knowing I don’t even know how it got here there was no forensic report and that’s what also unsettled me about their investigation outcome. Your help would be very appreciated
