********** DEDUCTIONS
I had home building insurance with Absa, which I cancelled as I had it with my private insurer as well. This was cancelled and I had to submit documents to Absa and this was approved and was supposed to have been cancelled. For years, they still deducted the money, then I received a notification that my premiums are increasing. To my shock I realized they were still deducting money incorporated in my bond amount. I queried this yet again in July and given a reference for my query- Reference number for this case is C-***2. To date, I have not heard anything from anyone at Absa, my emails sent are just ignored. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

13 Sept 2022, 10:46What a great experience dealing with Basani Hlungwane, my issues were sorted out, I was kept up to date at ALL times, email after email. That is now how a customer should be treated. I was in awe at the level of service provided. Well done Basani and thank you so much
