********** Debt done on platinum credit card

Platinum card holder, fradulent debt made on my credit card and even after numerous emails and calls, no response or feedback recieved. i sent proof along with the requirements need. aswell as informed the card center of the ***** in a matter of hours. still now no response or feedback as to what is happening reguarding this important matter, not only am i a loyal 20 year client but i supp**** all the tools in order for this to be resolved. not acceptable at all
