********** debit orders and charges for them being returned

I have had unauthorized ********** debit orders go off my account for the past 3 months. When I call the contact centre I'm referred to the branch of which I don't have time for. The past 2 months I've been charged a total of R300 because debit orders that I know nothing about are put through my account and no one is able to block these. Just this morning another debit order of R102 went off and no one is willing to help.
