********** DEBIT ORDERS

To whom it may concern I'm so frustrated with ABSA BANK for allowing unauthorized debit orders going off my check account, from last year November 2018 two R89. 00 debit orders were going off my account from Kukhule and RESAHOSTIN, I was not aware of them coz those debit orders were not reporting on my fone only realise when I was reading my statement bt unfortunately for me the lady at absa said she can only make a reversal for March 2019 only. She had told me she had blocked them bt to my surprise dey still managed to deduct again in this month of April 2019 wit changing only the last digit in their reference"Absa: CHEQ8913, Sch t, 13/04/19 SETTLEMENT/C - NAEDO TRACKED DO, RESAHOSTIN/ ********** ********** , R-89.00" I do not know these people as if that was not enough I received another debit order which I dnt even know again taking from my account R179"Absa: CHEQ8913, Sch t, 20/04/19 SETTLEMENT/C - NAEDO TRACKED DO, MY INSURE / ********** 919SO, R-179.00" so I ask Absa how many times do I have to keep running to the bank for these reversals, Why is my account not protected? It is so frustrating in such a way that absa say dey have blocked these debit orders bt dey seem to be cuming back. Plz solve this coz it means my account is at risk Hlengiwe
