I have reported a debit order ***** to ABSA by a company called Stratton. ABSA has never done anything about it.

Please be advised that Absa Bank will not divulge your personal Information to any 3rd party as it is prohibited by the code of Banking Practise.
Kindly advise which branch did you visit and have you completed a stop payment form, also provide your complaint reference number for that dispute.
