********** credit card ****

Morning I have a credit card with absa bank. The credit limit was R25 000 on the time when I started to use it. Then I use the credit card till I use the whole limit, then I was paying it in monthly basis. Then it came to a time when i was failing to pay the credit card. Then they refer the matter to legal department for collection. When I was busy making arrangement with the bank for payment, I was surprise to see transaction runner by the same account, using my account, when I consult the bank they told me someone using my account. Because the time when I was using absa, I linked both my savings and credit card in one account for me to enable to transfer money between savings and credit card. My credit card was no longer always with me because I was using one savings to make transfer to it. After seeing the transaction running, I started to look for my credit card, failed to get it. But now my surprise is how possible that the credit limit was increased while my account is at arrears and with the limit of R25 000 which was reached. But the account managed to work and increased the limit up to R365 313.02 in two days. I open the case at the police station, and went to the absa branch to report the case. Which they promise to investigate, with that note that they already send my account the lawyers for collection before even they conclude the case, currently they call me to inform me that I have to pay amount because I didn’t report the card that is lost. So my problem is they are not even bothering what happen to the limit that reach that amount without me signing for it or request it. they even don’t want ‘to send me the report of their investigation regarding my case. The case number is ASZA 1***8 I reported the case in 04 June 2018 at absa branch Krugersdorp
