********** CREDIT CARD IN MY NAME

Last year October I discovered that there is a absa ********** credit card in my name, I contacted them and they ask me to send them some documents which I did, after 2 months they send me an email assuring me that the matter has been resolved but to my surprise every time I check my credit report the account is still there and keep on accumulating on my name, I've tried so many times resolving this with them but nothing is actually happening
