********** charges

I have recently examined my credit card statements to try and discover what all these extra charges are that keep going off, I discovered there has been charges on two of my accounts for a Life Policy which I never signed up for. I have filed a complaint but the only response I get is if I want to cancel my policy I can sign and they will cancel it. I never signed up for a policy and am being deducted on two accounts monthly for this. I have asked for an investigation and that all these ********** charges be reimbursed but I hear nothing from ABSA. This has been going on for a couple of years. I stopped going back through statements as it was getting too much. This adds up to thousands of rand.
