I reported a ********** case on 12 June 2019. Every time I phoned, they handled me as if it was a new case. End July 2019 another empty promise was made, that my case has been resolved and someone will phone me to discuss the outcome. Unnecessary to say, almost 10 days later, no response from Absa as usual. 2 Months??????
