HI ..please assist since the last time i posted a complaint on absa regarding an account for NOMALANGA LENNA RADEBE id *** regarding missing funds which were refunded back within 24hrs. i spoke to an absa branch manager called Getroot who promised to get back to us regarding the history on the account but never bothered to give feedback. this account has been in numeral ***** activities since 2004. for the past two years the has been misterious disppearance of funds on the account date till 2015/08/14 statement prevailed a number of unkown debit orders and two loans. if FICA applies to this fincancial institude pls assist as we need recordds and feedback on how the debits were activated and who approved. please asign a deversing persons for the posts as manager appointed seemed clueless of the history instead explained how absa records system colaspsed and how they no longer had the piolice case number previously lauched regarding this acccount.
