hi on the 9th Dec i received an sms stating that a debit of R99 will go off on the 15 Dec 2018 from "GEMSMBS". went to the bank to ask for it to be stopped, i was informed that it does not appear therefore i have to wait for it to go off and come back to reverse the amount. on the 14th the was another debit order of R97 which went off from LNDMARK ,and had to go again to a branch to resverse the amount. Today the 21st Dec 2018 LNDMARK took R97 AGAIN from my account, i have to make another trip to a branch to reverse this amount. i do not even know this companies that are getting authority into my account, ABSA does not give me an option to reverse the amounts online from the comfort of my house, reason being its under R100. Absa is not doing anything about this ********* because it gets R30 everytime a customer reverses an amount, which i think its **********. i have to make time and que to give the yet another R30, ABSA hads made R60 off my account of things they let happen, unacceptable. its been happening for sometime now and i feel like ABSA must do something asap or am moving my 4 accounts with them to a less drama bank.
