********** account open with my name without my knowledge

I got ****** at JHB cbd on the 11 April 2018. I was injured the case, was open at kempton police station where I then went for doctors review. After the rxay they discovered that my left rib was affected from the injury. Few months down line around July or August 2018 via email I received a strange Absa statement. What puzzled as in my knowledge I don't have any account with Absa bank. When I viewed the statement I found out that they were amounts tranfered via absa account. I then went to absa branch in malvin, jhb. When I got to the branch I was assisted by Marriet Mokwele Chuene and her Manager. I told them the whole story I was instructed to go open second case for ********** at Malvin police station which I did. After I submitted to the same guys mentioned above at Absa Marvin. They promised to deal with the urgently and clear my name as this was ***** activity as revert back to me. I've been waiting ever since only to find out on the 18 June 2019 when I opened my gmail, there was another statement from absa. Only to discover that big amounts were still being transferred and other accounts from different entities were opened with my ID and the transactions were showing that all the payments were being played from this abs a account. My plea is for absa to clear my name as this is affecting my credit profile and also investigate internally. I will attach the supporting documents.
