********** Absa manager

I previously went to Absa branch in Port Alfred to get Natis documents. The manager told me the transaction is to old and that I have to pay R600 to get Natis docs. After 2 weeks not receiving the documents, I went back to the branch, only to find out that the manager was replaced and Absa has no record of mh request. I since moved to Cape Town and went to Somerset Mall branch. The lady simply kust wrote an email address down and send me on my way. I emailed twice, with not a single reply. I have to pay license fees for vehicle that I paid of manh years ago because Absa does not send the documents, plus I paid them R600 for these documents. Is there ***** going on? The email address the lady at the branch gave me was ***. Absa needs to be investigated for *****.
