I made a eft deposit payment to a company in Cape Town on the 18th of October to do palisade fence work for me. They have promised to start work on the 24th of October. After numerous phone calls and false promises and they keep on extending the start date I have requested to cancel the order. Now they are refusing to pay my deposit back and for the last couple of days I cannot get hold of management (Noval). Can this EFT be reversed? I am concerned that this company is a *****. They are www.brickandsteeldevelopment.com. Realy hope that maybe ABSA can assist me with this. I have opened a case at the police and also handed this matter to attorneys. They keep on sending me sms's that they will pay but nothing was refunded since. I expect a full ***** case to be opened and not to be resolved without money been paid back to me. it was paid to fnb account 6 ********** 256
