Someone opened a savings account and a loan from Absa North gate using my details, I realised this when I was applying for a house. Upon realising this I went I called Absa to report a case, they told me that I have to go to a branch in person, I went to North Gate were the loan was opened I was assisted by lady called Kgaugelo however we could not find the documents that were used to open the loan account. She logged a case for me and was given a case number. ever since that I never got any feedback from ABSA today, I called Absa headoffice and was informed that the investigator needs a police case , No one told me that. I am frustrated as this loan is coming between me and obtaing property and my credit profile is being daunted. I need that loan removed from my profile and I also want to see the documents that were used to open the case I refuse to have a stand still life as a result of negligence I also need apology for the inconvenience caused because this is delaying my house application and approval process.
