I am very this disappointed in a bank that I had to trust, my surplus money was paid into my account and it ****** from me by my bank. Apparently I did large over the counter withdrawal for a branch in Sunninghill, I have never been to Sunninghill. When I approached the cresta branch the gentleman that assisted me was a month after transfer to another branch the manager couldn't help me and said she was going to get back to me till this very day no one got back to me. How do I trust the a bank to look after my money but such large amounts of withdrawals going off my account, which I would never donow nobody can get back to me with regards to this. I was told they can't find records all footage of the branches where the withdrawals was done.
