I have been dealing with a consultant who contacted me to apply for a credit card, after giving all of my personal information, the application was approved. I was contacted 3 times yesterday to confirm more info, only to receive another call again this morning to be informed that the consultant had missed a few things and therefore my application will have to be cancelled. So from my side, this seems a bit ********** to me and frankly at this point, I am even sceptical about the safety of my account and personal details. If your consultants do not know how to relay information or capture information, they shouldn't even be hired.
