I have repeatedly told them that I no longer want anything to do with them because they are useless in fact according to me they are *****s because they are robbing me of my hard earned money.

They have refused to represent me when I had a problem which is why I told them I want all my money back that I have paid for the premiums dating back from June 2017 and the policy to be cancelled with immediate effect(that was in March 2018 ) but they still went ahead and deducted my money this month(April 2018).The last time one of their employees called me after I had written to "Hello Peter ", he promised to get back to me within 48hrs but that was 3weeks ago.

I still want all the premiums back including the April premium. They are the lawyers who are supposed to protect people but they are doing the direct opposite by exploiting people and robbing me of my hard earned money. Policy no: ********** 3

And this Claudette who is getting into my nerves by constantly asking for my ID no when the policy no and contact details are clearly displayed on the complaint. She doesn't even provide contact details, I don't even know who her position is in this whole issue. Who goes around displaying her ID no,why doesn't she phone me to get whatever information is missing. I'm sick and tired of being played. I want all my money back.
