*****ILANT WITHDRAWAL-NO FEEDBACK
Refer to my previous complaint on Helopeter done on 19 Jan 2016, and still no feedback from Absa, although I tried to phone, no answer, and 2 emails. Money withdrawn from my acc and agent decided not to refund me. although my card was with me, I was in church ( 25/12/2015). What poor service from Absa staff. What should I do, to get feedback??
