I reported to absa that my house was registered without having a COC for the electricity and they said that it is a problem between me, the attorneys and the previous owner. Well I have been struggling for 6 months to get the dicumentation from them without any joy.

I am not able to switch on my electricty because of this and further more I have had an inspection done and the electricity is not up to standard. This is the same as when buying a vehicle on finance without iy beeing road worthy. Totally unacceptable.
