Good day my name is Leoné. My salary was paid in to my absa account on the 18 of April 2020. The next morning i got a notification ar 04:22 a withdrawal of R4000 and 04:23 R1000. Only left me R1600 thats my salary.

I went direct to the police and gave my affidavit. And after that i went to the bank and report it direct.

Lasr Saterday i got a sms and said they are busy with my case.

Wednesday 25 of April 2020 i got a call from ABSA asking me to pleasesend her the case num. I asked her well i made a affidavit no body at the bank that morning said to me i must go and makw a case i only did make a affidavit. The next morning Thursday 26 April 2020 me and my 3 kids went to stand i the bank waiting for them to open this is now before loockdown so its busy. I got my bank statments as the police asked me and i went back to open a case. I have send it through to a nice lady of ABSA rgar really trying to help me. Se soon respond and said its going through to Adjudicator.

Agter that same day a police office phoned me and said irs a man with a had ar that morning that stole my money.

Today Friday the 27 April 2020 i recieved a email of ABSA ***** said they declined my R5000 that was withdrawn.

I im a mother of 3 kids that was my salary for the month to go buy. I have no one to provide for me. My mother was always there but se pasted away 2018. That was my income to buy groceries for my kids.

After this i did send the lovely lady a email and asked to give me numbers to fight for my money and alao said im cancelling my account at ABSA
