***** placed on my wifes name for ABSA mistake

My wife was reported for ***** because her Vehicle finance application had her Name as Amy Clare and not Amy-Clare. Now we have sent through the Affidavit with a certified copy of her ID to dispute the situation, Because we are trying to buy a house but this has made all banks reject us because of this mistake from Absa vehicle finance department here is the Case number: C-***6
