***** ON MY PERSONAL LOAN ACCOUNT ABSA

I toook an ABSA Peronal Loan on the 3rd September 2009, at the Mthatha ABSA Personal Loan Centre. I took a Loan of R100 000 for my house renovations. The term was 60 months. the Total repayable was R177096.45. The date of last payment was 15th Septmber 2014 according to the Personal Load Agreement that I signed on the 3rd September 2009 not the 4th September 2009.The money was depositeed to my Standard Bank account. In 2010, I received a phone call from the Personal Bank Centre reportin that there was a ***** in this account of R10 918 but they said it was resolved. But the i didnt have my agreement document to compare this statement that i'm getting from ABSA. In February 2014 I managd to get my original Personal Loan Agreement documet and i took it to the nearest h in Mthatha to put the right information into thier system. The complaint was then taken to the Head Office of Personla Loans centre for investigation. The ***** that they claim was corrected during 2010 was never corrected because thier terms have changed. Now principal debt is R110918 instead of R100 000. Im going to the media 2 make a noise about it, this will surely give other victims a voice.
