***** on my account

My bank account was hacked and all about R14000 was stollen since April they responded today all to say they are not going to help me.

It started when someone phoned me to my face cell phone said she is from absa she can see in the system that there is R99.00 that is deducting from my account. So as the bank they want to refund the money. After that they gave me this long numbers for reference and told me that money will be refunded in my account within few minutes and my money started being transfer out and withdrawn.I rushed to bank the same time i was in bank my money was still withdrawn from my account.The moment they stopped the account it was late and lot of money was out. I went and open a case from the police station and send the ***** department since April until today my case was still not processed today they send me the email saying its not their fault so they won't help me my case was declined. Am i lot of debts now my debits also for insurance are behind my life changed from good to worse because of Absa.
