***** Matter

On the 12 / 10/2015 I receive a call from Audi in Sandton mentioning that Absa has approved my finance for vehicle . I told the guy that I never appp**** for a car and I was asked to forward my ID To Audi Sandton Dealer so they can report the matter as ***** to the bank.<br> <br> Lateef from Audi Saton send an email to Absa Asking progress regarding this matter, till today no feed back from Absa .<br> I have called and send emails several time asking progress on this matter , still no respond.<br> I escaleted the the matter to ABSA Complains Department I was assisted by Daisy Mabutla. She promised to take care of the matter till today no feed back. Call her yesterday 20.10.2015 she promised to escalate the matter further and said she call me back. Till today I am still waiting for her call.<br> <br> My corcern is if people from the Bank ignore such important matters , this makes me think that they promoting ***** and we must just pay for the things that we dont know.<br> <br> I am dissapointed ABSA Bank<br> <br>
