***** - is Absa employees assisting in crime?

So apparently my Woolworths credit card has been cloned

1) please explain how the bank authorized the transaction if over R4584 if there was only a few 100 available on my card ... to me this says that an employee of absa is involved??

2) 30 days turn around time for a ***** case?

3) When I eventually got through to the ***** department; the tone of the person who assisted me was really not friendly or assisting. Am I sure? Yes I am sure I did not swipe my card at Umgeni coz I am in Benoni and have recently used my card for tolls.
