***** incompetence

<p>I logged a case of ***** on my absa account 65 days ago. Internet bank money transfers out of my account with two unknown cloaned cards linked to my account. And when i stopped all the cards it was to late already. Ive been to absa branches about 30 times. Every time they say they have never seen this before and log it again. I gave absa a police affidavit to speed up the process but with no results. They not just wasted my time and money but they affected my credit score and made a fool of me. I cant use my statements or see them online. I would recommend people to stay away because i feel they just take take take and when you need them to sort out important issues there is no response. Absa has to give me answers. They are Disappointing and poor in safety. Can anyone help me solve this case.</p>
