***** department lack of communication

Good day, Hope this finds you well.

I was preapproved for an Absa Premium credit card which I was later informed that I was declined by the ***** department, upon enquiring I was told I needed to submit a letter from SAFPS to verify my listing with the SAFPS. I have submitted the letter and tried to do a follow up with calls and emails unfortunately I was not assisted below are my details. Please assist me with the matter. Have not heard from them ever since from Thursday despite calling and sending emails daily. Kind regards,
