***** - Credit Card Cloned

I went on a day trip to PE on the 11th of May 2015. I finished early and bought lunch in PE on my credit card. Then when I got back to Cape Town I again used my credit card to pay the parking ticket.<br> <br> I never use my credit card and on this day I used it twice.<br> <br> On the 16th there were allot of transactions that went through on my cc that I didn't make.<br> I immediately phoned ABSA card division to stop my cc. On the 18th I got a confirmation that the card was cancelled and that I will receive notification when my new card will be ready to collect.<br> <br> Today 20th my wife goes online to see if there is any of the amounts that maybe cleared of the 16th. Surprise there is 10 more transactions that went through on the 19th!!!<br> <br> Phoned card division again and the transactions of the 19th was done on my new card that I have not received yet. So they had to block the new card also.<br> <br> My wife was bumped from person to person this morning on the call and no one could give her an answer how the person doing the ***** got my new cards details.<br> <br> Can ABSA please get back to me how this could happen? To me it sounds like an inside job.<br> I have also opened a case by the police.
